OUR STORE POLICY
BOOKINGS - Bookings with Vestito Hire can be made directly via DM, Email or Website. All Bookings are secured when the payment has been received and a copy if the payment receipt and photo ID has been emailed to us.

RENTAL RETURNS - Our rental period is for a duration of 4 days only. If you require the garment for a longer period of time, a daily rate after the 4 day period will be issued. All rental items are due to be returned the following business day after the scheduled day of hire. If you are posting back then the tracking number must be emailed to us. All customers are required to notify Vestito Hire if there is a delay in returning the item.

SECURITY - Vestito Hire requires a $100 bond, which is fully refundable if the garment is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. A form of photo Identification is required before hiring, and this must be sent to us through email, along with a screenshot of your bank transfer to us.

SHIPPING POLICY - All orders are provided to you 1-2 days before the hire date, this includes all orders that require shipping/pick up or delivery. All shipping orders are sent out using Australia Post Standard or Express delivery at your choice and cost.

TRY-ON POLICY - If you would like to schedule a try-on appointment with us then please click on the tab above - 'Book Services/Pick-ups'. Our stores are located in Horsley Park NSW & Goulburn NSW. We also offer postage try-ons. If you decide to get a postage try-on you will not get to decide when the dress arrives for you to try on - you must supply us with the date you require the dress, then we will decide when it can be tried on. The reason for this is to ensure that our garments aren't actually being worn to an event when they were posted out to try on only. A $10 postage try on fee will be included along with a shipping fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY - All hire fees are non-refundable. If you booked a garment in advance and you change your mind, we're more than happy to exchange for another garment, otherwise you will be given a Store Credit valid for 4 months only.​
